˜ 11 Dec 2008 ˜Yes... We have ALL of our sizes back in stock!!! Thank GOODNESS!
Important notice to all those who have ordered
˜ 23 Nov 2008 ˜We have been experiencing some problems for some time now since our website was hacked and now with our fulfillment.
For those of you who have placed an order but have not yet received a shirt, we apologize. Our little slice of the web has been greatly impacted by the success and build up of the movie, since the movie came out, our traffic has tripled.
Unfortunately because we are not a HUGE corporate company like Hot Topic, our shipping service could not fulfill all the orders and as a result we have had to go on backorder on a few sizes.
All this is to say thank you for your business and if you have not yet received your shirt, please email orders@twilightshirts.com with your order number in the subject and we will track down your order and fill you in with the status of your shirt.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.
Only 5 days till Twilight!
˜ 15 Nov 2008 ˜I'm getting sooooo excited for the upcoming movie release. Everywhere I go, I see posters and ads, and it's so exciting. I'll be seeing the movie at the DC Regal Cinema in Chinatown, wearing my Mrs. Cullen tee. Where will you be, and what will you be wearing???
Cool Twilight Cupcakes??
˜ 20 Sep 2008 ˜
Came across these while browsing around the other day and thought they were really cool. What do you think?
Interview with Kimmy West of hisgoldeneyes.com
˜ 18 Sep 2008 ˜
One of our favorite Twilight fan sites is HisGoldenEyes.com. Recently, we had the opportunity to chat with Kimmy "Kanye" West, who runs the site. Here's what she had to say:
TwilightShirts: So who are you? And what do you do?
Kimmy "Kanye" West: I'm Kimmy, and I run HisGoldenEyes.com. =]
TS: That’s cool, how’s that going?
Kimmy: It’s really fun. The website has lots of fans, and I have some great people working on it with me. Running a website is the best when you have a lot of people to support you. We have had over 5 million hits on the homepage alone, and that makes me really proud.
TS: Tell me about how you got into Twilight...
Kimmy: I saw the book at a bookstore when I had a gift card back in October, and I had never heard of it before. I basically saw the cover, thought it looked catchy, then read the back of the book and thought it sounded good, so I bought it. I read it really, really fast, and bought New Moon right afterwards, and then I was really, really impatient waiting for Eclipse, which I also loved.
TS: What makes the Twilight series so special?
Kimmy: The story is so different, and the characters are so likable. I never read love stories, and I was happy to find one that was so good.
TS: Who is your favorite character and why?
Kimmy: Edward, because he is such a complicated character and he is the one that makes the story so different. If he wasn't a vampire, the story wouldn't be so great. Also...he is dazzling. =D
TS: What did you do for the Breaking Dawn release?
Kimmy: I went to my local bookstore for the midnight release, and there were around 100 people there. I stayed up all night reading it, and all of the next day too.
TS: How long did it take you to read Breaking Dawn?
Kimmy: Around 3 days, since I had to sleep and do summer homework. ;)
TS: What would you say to Stephenie right now if she was here?
Kimmy: Thanks for creating such a wonderful world! I know that everyone loves you for it, and we all support you in your future books.
TS: And Edward? What would you say to him?
Kimmy: If Edward was here right now, I would probably faint, or mumble something unintelligible. I can't even imagine what that would be like. It would be amazing. Seeing as he is fictional...I would settle for Robert instead. ;)
TS: If you weren't reading Twilight... What would you be reading?
Kimmy: Probably Harry Potter, or A Great and Terrible Beauty.
TS: Finally, which is your favorite shirt from TwilightShirts.com?
Kimmy: Edward Cullen: Breaking Hearts since 1918! It's simply gorgeous.
TS: Thanks for talking with us, Kimmy.
Kimmy: Thank you!
We have sent Kimmy one of the "Edward Cullen: Breaking Hearts since 1918" shirts. We can't wait until she gets it so she can tell us what she thinks.
We're ready to rock, we're ready to roll!
˜ 14 Sep 2008 ˜Hey everyone!
Goodness, it's been a long time since we've posted a blog update. Things have been extremely hectic around here but we're ready to rock!
First off, we've been completely slammed with orders these past few months and we've had to rethink how we handle our shipping/fulfillment. This started as a small-time business run out of our 800 sq/ft condominium but thanks to you guys we outgrew that fast! It was getting extremely difficult to print invoices, pick and pack orders and get them to the post office after working an 8-hour day, making dinner, going to the gym and getting some much deserved chill time. So what we've decided to do is outsource all of our shipping and fulfillment to a company that handles just that. What this means for you the customer is: faster shipping, better communication, and the same prices. It seems like a win-win situation for everyone.
Second, we ran into some technical difficulties with our website this past week, but we're 100% operational. The only thing that remains are a few cosmetic issues with the site. We upgraded to a new server that offers daily-backups, faster speeds, and is monitored 24/7. So we're good to go!
Third, we're still working on getting the shipping set up so we can sell products other than t-shirts. We've got button-packs ready to go and we're also getting some tote bags printed. Once we set up the shipping information in the backend we'll have those products to sell.
So keep an eye out and thank you so much for choosing Twilight Shirts!

HUGE Update from the Twilight Shirts Crew
˜ 8 Aug 2008 ˜Hey, All!
Alright, so here's the happs on what's been going on here at TwilightShirts...
The past 2 weeks have been pretty much totally nuts and out of control. We've had massive delays on all scales of the production line, from the screen-printer all the way up to the top of the food chain (American Apparel), not to mention issues with the Post Office. With the release of Breaking Dawn, the site started getting completely bombarded with orders and inquiries...it was kind of reminiscent of that movie The Perfect Storm where all these crazy thunderstorms collide and create havoc for Marky Mark...but with t-shirts. Don't get us wrong, Breaking Dawn and the traffic are both awesome, things just caught us a little off guard. Who would have thought that Mrs. Cullen tees would have flown off the shelves like that. Okay, okay. We probably should have known better. :)
Anyhow, we are expecting a MAJOR shipment ANY DAY now, which will replenish every single shirt on our site. Once we receive the stock, we should be good to go. Also, we have button packs on hand (see our July 22nd post if you haven't checked it out already) we're waiting to release, but we have to fix something on our server that allows us to calculate different shipping rates for different products. Obviously, you wouldn't want to pay $5 dollar shipping for a $4 dollar button pack. (Good lookin out, huh?) So once that is fixed, we'll have those up for sale.
We also want to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to everyone who's been inconvenienced by our delay. We certainly don't want to make excuses for anything, but please know that we really are sorry for any delays you have encountered. We're trying our best to get everything ironed out, and by next week we hope to be going full strength again. Running this site out of our home is a big task, but we're learning from our mistakes and plan to never encounter these same problems again. You all have been patient and wonderful, and we love you!

So...
˜ 4 Aug 2008 ˜I'm about a quarter of the way through Breaking Dawn now. I feel like I'm slacking! But so much has happened in just the first few chapters that I feel like I have to really take my time and digest what's going on. Without giving away too much, what are your thoughts??? Are you loving it?
Read on!!!

Tonight!
˜ 1 Aug 2008 ˜Good day, Twilighters!
Are YOU going to a Breaking Dawn release party? I am! For those of you local folks, I'll be at the Barnes and Noble in Clarendon, VA. Hopefully, I'll see some of you there. I'll be sporting my very own "Mrs. Cullen" attire. I can't wait. Only 13.25 hours left!!!
